The spinach goat cheese croissant is a croissant dough made with real butter filled with a thin layer of sour cream, spinach and goat cheese slowly baked in the oven to roast the mozzarella on top.

Advice: To get the best out of the spinach goat cheese croissant, please pre-heat your oven to 350F then reheat the croissant between 1 TO 2 MINUTES TOPS.
