If you are not at the location at the the time of the delivery, the driver will wait 5 minutes after the first call. If there is still no response the order will be sent back to the bakery and will be non-refundable.
Once, the delivery is back at the bakery, you will have 24 hours to come and pick it up during our business hours. We will not be responsible for any consequences of the quality of the order.
If your delivery is scheduled on a Saturday and we can't reach out to you, for food safety reasons, the order will be lost and non-refundable.
P.s: On Saturday, you can only come and pick it up during our store hours the same day. If you chose to get your order delivered in the afternoon (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm), the order will be lost and non-refundable.
A signature will be required at the door. We will not leave the order at the door.
We will keep 25% of all same day cancelled orders.
