The blueberry madeleine is a very moist delicacy because of the real butter that is used to bake it.
Allergy: The blueberry madeleine is not dairy free.
Advice: To get the best possible satisfaction, please pre-heat your oven to 350F then put your madeleine between 1 TO 2 MINUTES TOPS. It is also perfect when crumbled with ice cream.
