The apricot tart is a flaky dough base with a layer of vanilla pastry cream (custard cream) and peach fruits on top with a light natural glaze.
Allergies: The apricot tart contains no hazelnuts nor peanuts or almonds and is not dairy free.
Advice: If it not to be eaten right away, please keep the tarts in the fridge 24H TOPS.
NOT to be warmed up in any ways, this deliciousness is made to be eaten cold.
