The swiss is a croissant dough twist filled with smooth vanilla cream and chocolate chip covered of icing sugar.

Allergies: The swiss is not dairy free and contains fresh yeast.

Advice:  To get the full crispiness of the pistachio roll, please pre-heat your oven to 350F then put your croissant between 1 TO 2 MINUTES TOPS.
