All of our viennoiseries are made on site by the baker respecting the french baking tradition. WE DO NOT use any preservative or additive!

The almond cream croissant is a croissant dough made with real butter and filled with a smooth layer of almond cream in the middle. It is then roasted with some almond sliced and covered of icing sugar.

Allergies: The croissant almond is not dairy free and contains almonds.

Advice:  To get the full crispiness of the almond cream croissant, please pre-heat your oven to 350F then put your croissant between TO 2 MINUTES TOPS.
