The leek with béchamel and parmesan bistro is a flaky dough base filled with béchamel (white sauce) covered of leek and parmesan cheese slowly roasted in the oven to get the perfect crispiness.

Allergies: The bistro is not dairy free nor gluten free.

Advice: To get the best out of the leek with béchamel and parmesan bistro, please pre-heat your oven to 350F then reheat the bistro between 1 TO 2 MINUTES TOPS.
