All of our pastries are made on site everyday by the pastry chef who respects the french tradition. It is 100% natural, WE DO NOT use any preservative or additive!
The ruby is a dark chocolate genoise gluten free, milk chocolate mousse and raspberry fresh fruit purée. It has a dark chocolate coating and a smooth chocolate ganache with a fresh raspberry on top. This cake is made with 3 layers of chocolate genoise (sponge cake).
Allergies: This cake is nuts and gluten free but it is not dairy free.
Advice: If it is not to be eaten right away, please keep the black forest in the fridge 24H TOPS.
