The salted caramel tart is made of butter shell tart filled with a soft salted caramel cream layered on top of a dark chocolate ganache.
Allergies: The chocolate ganache tart is not dairy free contains no hazelnuts nor peanuts or almonds.
Advice: If it is not to be eaten right away, please keep the chocolate ganache tart in the fridge 24H TOPS.
