All of our pastries are made on site everyday by the pastry chef who respects the french tradition. It is 100% natural, WE DO NOT use any preservative or additive!
The chocolate eclair is a pâte à choux (cream puff) with a chocolate pastry cream (custard cream) and a dark chocolate glaze on top.
Allergies: Our eclairs contains no hazelnuts nor peanuts or almonds and is not dairy free.
Advice: If it is not to be eaten right away, please keep the eclairs in the fridge 24H TOPS.
